additional "android.zsh" in conf.d to append android-studio to path var

added support for usb0 network device just like
an mobile-phone-tether, to show up as network-device

timeout of 2 seconds appended to wget command to fix hang up
on startup if net-device is up, but do not have internet access.

changed all net-up checks to correct "if_up" instead of "if_existing"
and set "if_up_strictness" to "link" to handle a net-device as "up"
only if it has assigned ip-address too.
